By registering or accessing our platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1Eligibility & Age Requirement

2Account Registration & Management

Deposit Conditions

  • Deposited funds must come from your own account only; use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly; if delayed, please notify the support team.
  • l89a reserves the right to investigate unusual transactions from the same payment method.
  • If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see: Section 4).
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

l89a offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which the user must read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳8,334 or more will cap the bonus at ৳10,000 (example: ৳18,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳28,000).

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Wagering Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering multiplier: 15x (on the bonus amount).
  • Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations; the contribution of specific games will be listed on the promotions page.
  • Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being cancelled.
  • Separate rules may apply to each promotion; see the offer page for the terms of a specific offer.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program

Active players in l89a's three-tier VIP program receive weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Wagering requirements may also apply to VIP cashback balances. Full terms can be obtained from the l89a support team.

5Gameplay & Betting Rules

Sports Betting

Sports betting on l89a is available across various sports markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. The following applies to sports betting:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless l89a approves it under specific circumstances.
  • If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the relevant bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
  • In the event of odds changes, score updates, or errors in match information, l89a reserves the right to review and recalculate bets.
  • l89a may suspend payout of winnings for suspicious bets.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

8Account Suspension & Closure

Consequences of Termination

  • If the account is terminated due to a violation of the terms, bonuses and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
  • The actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned, subject to investigation.
  • In cases of fraud or money laundering, the full balance may be forfeited.
  • Users whose accounts have been terminated will not be able to create a new account.

A user may also request to close their own account at any time. In this case, the applicable balance will be returned after the wagering conditions have been met.

9Limitation of Liability

l89a is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, l89a's liability is limited in the following matters:
